Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, place, or other term into a search tool, that request passes to the third-party provider that operates the search. Jefferson County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its receipt and handling of the query.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details you supply long enough to review and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure. Do not send Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, account credentials, or other sensitive material.
Technical Details Logged Automatically
